Refund and Returns Policy

Return Policy

  1. Send an email to sales@zenn.com.my, clearly stating the reason for the return along with pictures/videos to demonstrate the good condition of the returning product. Pictures of the entire package/box are also required.
  2. For a faulty or defective  product found within 7 days of receiving, ZENN will pay for the return shipping cost. Buyer must inform ZENN within 7 days of receiving the product.For products more than 7 days, customer will have to ship the product to ZENN for warranty claim at his / her own cost.
  3. Our customer representative will get back to you within 24 hours and provide you with the necessary “Return Instructions” via email.
  4. Ensure that all returned items are in new condition, in their original packaging, and without any installation marks or signs of use. Seal the package with the item label for a product refund.
  5. Once we receive and inspect your return parcel, we will process the product refund. Please note that if the parcel does not meet our inspection criteria, you may not receive the refund. The refund will be processed within 1-2 working days.

Refund Policy

You may be eligible for a full refund by returning the package if you have encountered problems as follows.

1.Wrong item received

2.Missing item

3.Physical damage or scratch

4.Product quality issues or inability to use the product

Warranty Period

Our products are entitled to warranty services from the date of payment

Electronic products: 1-Year Warranty

Conditions Not Covered by the Scope of Warranty

  1. Product damage caused by improper use or factors unrelated to the product’s quality;
  2. Product damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly, repair and other non-official guided acts;
  3. Product damage caused by fires, floods, lightning and other force majeure factors.

Order Cancellation

ZENN reserve the right to cancel any order that due to stock availability issue or pricing error.

Shipping Rate and Duration

ZENN offers Flash  above RM100 within Malaysia!

For large parcel, we use Citylink for shipping (Peninsular Malaysia). Some large volume / heavy weight product will have additional shipping charge to Sabah / Sarawak (shown at product page).

For in stock item, we ship out on the same day if order and payment are received before 12pm Malaysia time. Courier company (Flash and Citylink) normally take 1-3 days to make delivery to the address. KLDSLR.com will inform customer with courier tracking number once a product is shipped.

Please contact ZENN if you did not receive your parcel within 3 working days after receiving the shipping notice. ZENN is not responsible for any parcel unclaimed after a month from the shipped date.

For special order product, kindly allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. More commonly, products will be obtained and ship out within a week. ZENN will offer full refund if special order item is unable to be delivered from ZENN supplier within the 2 weeks period.KLDSLR.com is not responsible for customer’s loss or damages caused by any of the followings:

  • late delivery
  • unable to deliver
  • cancellation of an order

Shipment Tracking

zenn.com.my will inform customer via email once an order is shipped.

Lost/Damaged Parcel

ZENN ASSURES that all products shipped from zenn.com.my will reach OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS in its Original Condition!

Should there be any situation of lost or damaged parcel, ZENN will bear Full Responsibility and compensate you with a New Shipment or Full Refund!

Please contact us  within 7 days after the shipment notice (7 days upon receiving the “ORDER SHIPPED” email) if you did you receive your shipment or if your received product is damaged or faulty.
